Our Process
Free Quote
Initial meeting in the home. We will tour the property to review and evaluate items available for sale. By doing so, this will give us an idea of labor and staff required for the job. We can then properly quote for our services.
House Preparations
Prior to our company starting. It is asked that personal belongings (photos, sensitive paperwork, items wishing to be kept by family) be removed from the property. Once that project is completed- we can begin our set up.
Sale Set Up Begins
Our team will then enter the property and begin set up for the in-home sale. Daily communication and progress reports will be provided. We will never leave you in the dark.
At this point- advertising also begins.
Sales Weekend
We typically hold sales on Saturday and Sunday unless otherwise agreed upon. Our company fully staffs these sales.
